Mister Coffee: Brand Awareness & Influencer Marketing

Brand Awareness
Problem: We wanted to expand the business into the Malay market and promote BagBrew coffee. Hence, I selected Malay influencers that posted content on F&B and had a wide following of young working adults.
Project Type: Brand awareness & content strategy.
Result: We gained an increase of 60+ followers with a total engagement rate of 18%.

Strategies

Nur Baizat had a following that was aged between 20 - 28 years old. While she occasionally posted content about coffee, her followers were mostly interested in her makeup routine and cosmetic products. I suggested that her concept could include her 'getting ready' routine while incorporating BagBrew coffee into it.

RioMakan is a content creator that is eager to try any new food stall in town. His enthusiastic, eager personality made him a suitable candidate to talk about the convenience and pure taste of BagBrew.

Natasha is a content creator that posts about fashion and beauty. As a wfh creator, she appealed to other work from home viewers that a cup of BagBrew was what you needed to start your morning fresh.

11.11 Campaign
I worked closely with the Design team to brainstorm creative concepts that would generate traffic to the website and increase sales for an 11.11 campaign.




Email Marketing
I designed an email marketing campaign for Mister Coffee's 11.11 Sale and promoted our speciality coffee, Jamaican Blue Coffee through an origin story newsletter to our customer database.





Social Media Postings
At Mister Coffee, I created engaging social media content to promote the premium Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. I introduced the types of brews best suited for this exceptional coffee, and highlighted its unique qualities. I also collaborated with the designer to plan and execute a stunning product photoshoot, capturing the brand’s premium essence and resonating with coffee enthusiasts.
